Frequently Asked Questions

Have Questions? We’re Here to Help

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or exploring new ways to deepen your practice, it’s normal to have questions. Below are answers to some of the most common things people ask about our classes, programs, and what to expect—both in-studio and online. If you don’t see your question here, feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to help.

  • I’ve never done yoga before—where should I start?

We recommend beginning with our Beginner classes, where you’ll learn the basics in a supportive, no-pressure environment. You can also visit our “Where to Start” page for guidance, or join us for a free trial and we’ll help you find the best fit.

  • Do I need to be flexible to take a class?

Not at all. Flexibility is something you develop over time—our classes are designed to meet you where you are and help you improve gradually.

  • What should I bring to my first in-studio class?

Just bring yourself and comfortable clothing you can move in. If you have your own mat, feel free to bring it, but we also have mats available if you need one.

  • How early should I arrive for class?

We recommend arriving about 10–15 minutes early, especially for your first visit, so you can get settled and meet your instructor.

  • What types of classes do you offer?

We offer classes for all levels, including Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced, as well as specialized programs for Kids & Teens and Healthy Seniors. We also offer certification programs for those looking to go deeper.

  • Do you offer online or virtual classes?

Yes! We offer virtual classes so you can practice from anywhere. These sessions provide the same expert guidance and structure as our in-studio classes, with added flexibility for your schedule.

  • Can I switch between in-studio and online classes?

In most cases, yes. We aim to give you flexibility so you can choose what works best for your schedule and comfort level.

  • What if I have an injury or physical limitation?

Please let your instructor know before class. Our team is experienced in working with different needs and can offer modifications to help you practice safely.

  • How do I sign up for a class or program?

You can sign up directly through our website by selecting the class or program that fits your needs. If you’re unsure where to begin, we recommend starting with a free trial.

  • Do you offer a free trial?

Yes! We encourage new students to try a class before committing. It’s the best way to experience our instructors, community, and approach firsthand.
