This community is so wonderful, we are grateful to our students and all of the people who support us, share with us, and understand that sometimes mercury retrograde throws us for a loop.

If you haven't met Nathan, meet Nathan. ⁠ ⁠ Nathan is the current Studio owner, with me (Amber) wife, helping in the background. Aside from the many classes that he teaches at The Yoga Channel, he also provides chair Yoga twice a week from Zoom and teaches to people in Rehabilitation from Drugs and Alcohol. ⁠ ⁠ Needless to say...he's busy. ⁠ ⁠ If you noticed that he is not there this week, don't worry, he's just taking a much needed physical break. Its probably been too long since he took one, but he loves what he does :) ⁠ ⁠ He will be back next week rested and refreshed and ready to rock.

Next Monday, August 19th will be our last Mindful Monday for a little while. ⁠ ⁠ September is a VERY busy month as we move away from Summer and into Autumn and we, collectively, begin to wrap up much of the business of our energy. ⁠ ⁠ The Yin energy
Next Monday, August 19th will be our last Mindful Monday for a little while. ⁠ ⁠ September is a VERY busy month as we move away from Summer and into Autumn and we, collectively, begin to wrap up much of the business of our energy. ⁠ ⁠ The Yin energy moves in and calls US to move in. ⁠ ⁠ The Yoga Channel will be continuing Mindful Monday as well as introducing an additional Monday Night event!
