Anxiety and Depression are rampant these days, with approx. 40 million Americans suffering with diagnosed Anxiety and 16 million diagnosed with Depression. Many have found the medical approach alone to be less than satisfactory and very costly for many. It‘s no surprise that people are seeking alternative methods to resolve these sometimes debilitating issues.

We will delve into the Doshas and once again as we discover the two underlying imbalances that can create Anxiety and Depression. We will also look at the Chakras and the Vayus, learning about diet, movement, breath and meditation practices to help sooth anxiety and banish depression.
