Kundalini Yoga 101: Master Your Mind

Kundalini Yoga is an amazingly transformative practice that will elevate you, challenge you, and encourage your personal and spiritual evolution.

In this two hour workshop we will explore the basics of Kundalini yoga such as: breathing techniques (pranayama), simple postures and exercises, chanting mantras, locks (bhandas) and Krias. We will find out WHY Kundalini Yoga so powerful and HOW Kundalini Yoga affects our energy. We’ll close the class in meditation using essential oils. (optional)

Please wear comfortable (yoga) cloths as we are going to “exercise” a little and bring your yoga mat as well.
