Shoulder and Neck Relief Workshop

This workshop will focus on poses to help keep the neck and shoulders flexible, strong, and healthy. Students of all levels and experience are welcome. The neck and shoulders are the most common body areas to hold stress and tension. The modern lifestyle: computers, driving cars, cell phone use, carrying backpacks or bags, cooking, eating, hugging, as well as overall tension and poor posture, contributes to stiffness and soreness in these areas which require yoga TLC.
