Challenge Pose: Crow & Beyond (Arm Balancing)

When we challenge our physical bodies with asana, we challenge our limited belief systems about our bodies, our Selves, our roles in the Grand Play, and the Play itself.

Each asana moves energy through the body, starting to burn through the blockages it encounters. Our blockages may be biomechanical, emotional, or mental, and like rocks in a stream they create turbulence that raises Prana and stimulates healing.

No pose is an end goal in itself, and modified expressions of poses are not so much “levels” as they are opportunities to customize your energetic flow as you face and accept Who you are, with compassion.
