Every challenge pose provides the opportunity to discover what part of it YOU CAN DO. Training the physical anatomy to support us on our hands and upside down in an all-levels vinyasa based practice, we get to witness the role of mind and emotion in asana. We will research variations and modifications. Everyone will leave equipped with options to play with in home practice and in any public class. Practice will include discussion, sharing, and meditation.
