Explore your real and imagined edges in our safe, nurturing, intimate environment. Arm balances connect us to our center, hone our concentration and add playfulness to our practice.  You can do some expression of every pose. Disobey the inner deceiver, that says, “I can’t”!  Meet yourself, as you face challenge.  Emerge with strength and clarity.

This will be a practical workshop, including and all levels, vinyasa based practice, discussion and meditation. We will explore variations and modifications. Everyone will leave equipped with options to play with in home practice and in any public class, feeling empowered and buoyant.  Limited registration guarantees individual attention.
