200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Thank you for your interest in our yoga teacher training program. We are super excited to tell you about it. We have been an accredited Yoga Alliance School, since 2004. Currently, Maribeth Hammond, ERYT-500, is our lead trainer. She has been studying and teaching yoga since 1983. Our training takes place, at the studio, over an eight month period and meets the first weekend of the month, starting in Fall.
Our training program educates yoga students who aspire to become yoga instructors, while increasing spiritual awareness through meditation, philosophy, yoga practice and discussion. We teach body awareness, safety and alignment, while developing personal growth and consciousness.
The syllabus follows the guidelines that the Yoga Alliance requires for attendees to be registered at the 200 hour level as a yoga instructor. Students are required to have at least two years experience maintaining a regular yoga practice.
Please email your application to: firstname.lastname@example.org and allow 7 business days for our team to review. If you are not accepted, your down payment will be refunded. Down payments are non-refundable, unless we cancel the training or you are not accepted into our program.
