Exploring the Spiritual Dimensions of Yoga: Practicing the Eight Limbs of Yoga

DO YOU SENSE THAT THERE IS MORE TO YOGA THAN MEETS THE EYE?
This workshop series provides an ongoing opportunity for serious students to take their practice to a deeper level.  This “yoga meditation group” meets twice a month, on Friday evenings, to practice the eight limbs of yoga.  In each class, we will practice asana, pranayama, yoga meditation and discuss yoga philosophy. This year’s reading will include: B.K.S. Iyengar’s, The Tree of Yoga; The Bhagavad Gita; The Heart of Yoga, Developing a Personal Practice, by T.K.V. Desikachar;and Autobiography of a Yogi, by Paramahansa Yogananda.
Join a supportive group of yogis who are committed to exploring yoga as a meditation practice.  You will be inspired to practice with deeper awareness and to experience your practice, as an integral part of how you live your life,
